Hi, I see just one domain, and when you cancelled it, a refund was automatically initiated.

Hi there!
We were able to locate the second payment and I’ve confirmed with the billing team that a refund for that payment has also been issued. It will show up on your card/PayPal account within a few business days.
The refund receipt for the second payment doesn’t show up on your WordPress.com dashboard because our billing team refunded it from their internal tools. But we have confirmed that the second payment was also refunded.
