    The chat person went ahead and canceled my domain when I asked only that the website be deleted so I could start over. She knew I wanted my domain, she was just purposely mean and nasty!
    She did not answer any of my questions.
    I do not understand why it said I have a free account when I paid.
    You should not have mean people in customer service.
    Are you refunding my money ? I cant even log in.
