    Says I owe $300.oo I paid this
    Morning in full by
    CC AND NOW THEREE ARE 2 OPEN ACCT. IM USING
    HostGATOR with ELEMENTOR to
    Build the site and now I have to get this straighten out
    Please HELP…🙏

    Hi there,

    If you’re using Hostgator, then you paid them, not WordPress.com. Hostgator and WordPress.com are two completely separate and different hosting providers, and the “WordPress” you’re using at Hostgator is the open source WordPress.org software, which is not the same thing as WordPress.com.

    For help with any hosting or billing issues, contact Hostgator support directly.

    For help with the version of WordPress you’re using there, you can ask at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

    The WordPress.com account you’re using to post here only owns the free site, http://myappinion2020.wordpress.com, and has never bought anything from us on WordPress.com.
