  Hi there,

  I see you renewed your domain mapping upgrade for the domain goldenmixtape.com. However, that domain mapping upgrade only works as long as you keep the domain registered with your domain registrar.

  According to the publicly available records for your domain, goldenmixtape.com was registered with Lithium Hosting but expired yesterday (April 28):

  You’ll need to renew your domain registration with your domain registrar (Lithium Hosting) to keep using it with your WordPress.com site here.

  Thank you. My friend did that for me (she gifted me the domain a few years ago for a birthday). She did that on the night of the 27th. So when do you think it’ll be all fixed?

  Oh, that’s a neat gift idea! :) However, I’m still seeing a message about your domain being expired when I visit it here: http://goldenmixtape.com/

  If the domain is all renewed with your registrar, you may need to re-point it to WordPress.com (so it shows your site instead of that expired domain page). You can make that change with Lithium Hosting, by updating the domain’s name servers to the following:

  • NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
  • NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
  • NS3.WORDPRESS.COM

  If you aren’t sure how to make that change, Lithium Hosting should be able to point your domain to those name servers for you.

  Yeah, I saw that part and was confused as to what to do from that point. I to find a step by step of where to plug those in, but came up empty. Where do I plug those in?

  You’ll need to plug those into your domain settings at Lithium Hosting. I wasn’t able to find step-by-step instructions on their support site, so I’d recommend getting in touch with them via their support page here:
