Live chat support https://en.support.wordpress.com/live-chat/ is only available to users who own an upgrade plan and only when Staff are available. For accounts with no upgrades the contact form will result in a thread on these forums, and for accounts with legacy single-upgrades the contact form will result in an email ticket.
Those with upgrades can access live chat 24/5 Monday to Friday during US business hours and on weekends when there are enough Staff available to respond.
Staff work their way through all support threads tagged for their attention in date stamp order from the first posted to the most recent as would be expected. How complex the issue in any thread is and how long it will take to resolve is unknown.

Yes, in your original message, you said walkworthy.blog was the domain. But you later clarified that it was actually walkingworthy.blog.
As I said in my previous post, walkingworthy.blog is the one upgraded to.
That domain is associated with a different account — williambranks. Are you able to login to that account? Once you’ve done so, you will be able to edit that site and manage the domain.
Let me know if you are able to login as williambranks.
