  I paid the plan thru Paypal, and my bank account has been deducted with the amount. Why is my plan still free and my domain hasn’t changed?

  We have absolutely no history of domains, purchases, transactions, or billing activity of any kind under the account you’re currently logged into.

  What is the domain name you purchased?

  Hi there,

  I have no record of that domain having been registered on WordPress.com. I do not see any sites under your @wtfmobile.games WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/sites.

  Is it possible you created your site under a different login or with another provider like GoDaddy, Bluehost, Hostgator, etc. instead? We don’t use PayPal to process payments directly so that does not sound like us. You can pay us with money from our PayPal account as an option (most people use a credit card) but we do not process our transactions with them.

  There is. I want to show you the screenshot showing PayPal as one of the payment methods, but there’s no option to upload an image here.

  Anyways, I’ve contacted PayPal and they said my card wasn’t accepted. I thought if I used Paypal it’d be ok. Is it because it’s not a dollar account? And also it’s a debit card, but I’m able to use that card on Google and Spotify though.

  Can you help me with paying? What do you mean to pay you using your Paypal account but you don’t process your transactions with them? I’m quite new to using Paypal.

  Hi there,

  I can see some failed payment attempts for your account in our system. It looks like the charges were declined by your bank, so please contact them directly to find out why.

  To pay with PayPal you still need a credit card linked, even if you have sufficient funds in PayPal itself, and a transaction can still fail if that card is declined for any reason.
