I paid to not have ads on my blog but they are appearing today.

  I want all ads removed from my blog as I pay an annual fee to avoid them. How can I get them removed?

  Hi Pat,

  I checked your blog at http://patcegan.wordpress.com/ and I don’t see any ads there.

  Can you make a screenshot of the ads you see there? You can upload screenshots to your Media Library under Media > Add New in your dashboard, or you can use an online service like Snaggy.

  That will help me investigate this for you.

  thanks…it turns out that my computer was infected with adware. It has be en removed and all is correct now. Thanks
