Hi @healingmindsclinicalservices, it looks like this domain is pending delete. We’ll most likely need to refund or credit the redemption fee, then allow you to re-purchase. I’m just double checking with our domains team to be sure.
Would you prefer a refund, which can take a few days to appear in the bank account, or account credits that would be immediately usable here? If you’re continuing to use our services, I’d recommend credits.
