  I paid to upgrade but i am still getting ads
  so whats up

  I don’t see a payment for the No Ads upgrade on your account. You can purchase the No Ads upgrade here:

  No Ads [Redirects to Plans]

  If you see a charge on your bank statement for the No Ads upgrade, let me know and I can look into it!

  i think the problem is that i cannot update my address
  says i have the wrong address
  i moved so where can i change it?

  Hi there!

  You can update your credit card info through Users > Personal Settings > Account Details. You’ll find “stored Credit Card Details” and can change or remove them there.
