I paid twice by accident, I need one of the payments I made back, please

    I had payed for a basic WordPress subscription for my web page with hosted with godaddy, due to some issues I reset the godaddy account and lost my subscription to WordPress :( I then set my host and site again and tried to set WordPress again… I payed for another subscription by mistake. All that I wanted was to have only one subscription and have my money back for one of those plans but now I don’t know what to do… Another thing that is worrying me is that I don’t have a way to see if currently I have two subscriptions active so I could be charged for two subscriptions AGAIN.
    Clearly I am a newbie but I need some help. SOMEBODY HELP ME PLEASE :'(

    Hi there, WordPress.com can refund for payments on WordPress.com. Plans can be refunded within thirty days, and domains within two days.

    Hi @cinnabunsugar, you mention “hosted with Godaddy” so if there was a double charge there, you need to contact them about that since we would have no connection or control over that. Godaddy should be able to get this straightened out for you quickly I would think.
