  And the financial blog. I want all my money back. Agent please call [redacted]

  The account you’re currently logged doesn’t own the site you’re referring to. To cancel the upgrades and receive a refund you need to log in to that other account, go the Purchases page (https://wordpress.com/me/purchases), select the upgrades, and cancel them.
