  Can you be more specific? What happens when you try to access your above WordPressdotcom site? Do you encounter an error message? If so, what is it?

  Have you tried using a different browser? There are a number of browser troubleshooting solutions found on this Support page. https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/

  Please try those suggestions and let us know the results.

  Hi there,

  As @JenT mentioned, what exactly are you trying to access with your site? Your wp-admin dashboard? Your domain host at Go Daddy?

  I see that you have HpEStuff.com mapped to your WordPress.com site. Whois Data is showing that the domain’s nameservers are pointing to Go Daddy – most likely why you’re unable to see your site when visiting HpEStuff.com. You’ll need to log into your Go Daddy account and point the nameservers back over to WordPress.com in order to use the domain with your site hosted with us.

  When I try to access the site to use it, a dark screen comes up.
  1. the dark screen tells me to either renew or cancel domain.
  2. all of our users access it through “hpestuff.wordpress.com”, NOT “hpestuff.com”.It has been that way for over a year. We do not need the domain “hpestuiff.com”.
  3. I decided to press cancel subscription.
  4. When I did, it told me that the cancellation was in effect, but that the site did not “expire until October 2017”. WHAT?
  5. I STILL CANNOT ACCESS THE SITE even after the cancellation. it only shows the first dark screen telling me to either renew or cancel. WHATTTTT??!!!
  6. We needed the site yesterday.!!!
  WHY cannot I just access the hpestuff.wordp[ress.com version of the site???

  When you canceled, you were not removing the subscription from your account, you were canceling auto renew. So, the upgrade would naturally fall from your account in October, the month it was set to expire. However, if you want the premium upgrade totally removed from your account, I can do that for you.

  The reason why you see a black screen is because you still have the mapping upgrade connected to your account. Again, you canceled it but it wasn’t totally removed. Since hpestuff.com is canceled, it’s causing the issue you are having.

  I have removed the mapping subscription from your account, so there is no longer any attachment to hpestuff.com. Let me know if you if you want the Premium upgrade also removed.
