    I just responded to your thread about adding extra line breaks in your formatting. You’ve actually contacted us Happiness Engineers about 7 times in the past three weeks. It looks like you’ve mainly used live chat and the public option through our contact form.

    You can tell we’re staff because of our how our profile is highlighted here in the forums.

    When you select “Public” in the contact form you end up here, in the Staff Answers queue. This queue is completely public, so anyone can use Google or another search engine and find these answers. But only you and staff can respond in this thread.

    If you chose “Private” instead, you’d get a thread that looks basically the same, except that it would not be searchable on the web and only you and staff would be able to see it at all.
