    Hello dear WordPress I payed my website to have update my website and to have an emailbut my domain and website are deleted. If it is not possible to recover will be so kind to send the money back on my count. thank for ur suport . By the way until now I did not have any answer from u or support.

    The site elpis.zone has been created under a different account than the one you’re reaching us from (elpiszonedb842672cd). You’ll want to log out and log back in using the correct email address to access the site.

    Dear WordPress,

    yes the domain elpis.zone was probably create with another mail adress , the adress where I have notification from u. The problem is that I can not log in with this email and I don’t find the ID transaction, I payed with the card and I have a copy in my bank that I payed wordpress. Where I can find ID transaction? and how can I have my email adress wig G suits? nothing is working.

    I’ve taken a look but it does not appear that the domain elpis.zone is not related to the account you are speaking through in this forum thread.

    Is it possible you created your WordPress.com account under a different email address?  If you recall the email address you used for your other account (not this one) you can enter it here to reset your password: https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword

    Hello,

    I can’t log in with the email adress I used. I can’t find the ID transaction but in my bank account I can see that WordPress took the money without to send anything . I din’t consider this a problem as long I can use my website and my email I payed for. But In this moment I have nothing. So Dear WordPress will u be so kind if ur not able to help me to recover my website, please help me to get money back. I don’t think that u are looking for such small things such as to take money for nothing. If u are a serios company u should help ur customers. I have been trying for a month to recover my website but seems to be impossible, in this case is honorable from ur side to give my money back.
