  Android and I phone users do not have the option to use my Widget to subscribe to my Blog.

  Hey there, your site isn’t hosted here on our servers so I can’t quite tell how you’ve got it configured, but some themes hide away the widgets on mobile.

  In a case like that, maybe set up a menu item, and have that link to a subscription page that has this block:

  Jetpack
