    then bought the premium subscription as part of the website build offer. Please refund/cancel the ‘personal’ subscription as appropriate.

    Hi there!

    Thanks for getting in touch. I checked your account and found that you were charged a pro-rated amount for upgrading to the WordPress.com Premium plan from your previous Personal plan. So there’s nothing to refund, as we already took into account the amount you previously paid.

    To clarify it further, the WordPress.com Premium plan costs A$120 per year. You originally paid A$60 for the WordPress.com Personal plan. When you upgraded, we charged you another A$60 (which you can confirm in your receipt). So, the total we charged you is A$120, which is the full yearly cost of the WordPress.com Premium plan.
