    I placed an order through this website and I got a receipt and your company’s name is along the bottom of it it says fast cards by WooCommerce

    Wordpress.com is in no way related to Vanillacard.net. That site uses WooCommerce but WooCommerce has no control over the way sites uses that plugin.
    If you have a problem or question, only the people from vanillacard.net can help you.

    WooCommerce is not a hosted product — it’s free, open source downloadable software. That means anyone can download it and use it for their site without paying a fee. The WooCommerce team doesn’t manage the store, the payments, or the fulfillment of orders. That’s up to the site owner.     I would recommend reaching out to the store you purchased from and they should be able to give you more information. If they refuse to help you or they don’t respond, I would recommend starting a fraud investigation with your bank to recover your funds.
