I placed an order for premium but did not receive it after paying

So I’m posting this on the public forum because WordPress.com staff have no answered my question since November 7th (9AM). I placed an order, paid with bitcoin, and as of right now WordPress.com has the funds but have no credited my account.
And to top it off they’ve have not answered my request for the past three business days.
Understandibly, I’m rather upset at this point. WordPress.com isn’t providing any other means of support for my order other than here. I’ve had to resort to posting comments on their facebook and twitter due to no response on the support page.
Is there some other way to contact them than submitting a support post to staff?

Hi there, sorry about the delay in response. I don’t see any Bitcoin payments associated with your account, so I am going to follow with our Bitcoin payment processor to find out the status of your payment. While this is being resolved, I added a 4-week WordPress.com Premium upgrade for your blog furluge.com. I will follow up with you in the private thread, so I am going to close this one for now.
