I played with my code and now I just want my template back!

  oh gosh, I have done something very bad. I played with the code and now lost the format of my template. And now everything is moved around and looks terrible..i.e. the sidebar has moved to the bottom of the page and I have no idea what I did to make that happen. I just want my template back!! Please help!
