I published a new page but it does not appear on the website

  Hello, I am the blogger/writer/WordPress person for this business. I created a new page on this website called Chronic Knee Pain. I published the page along with an image and a bunch of copy, however the page does not appear on the horizontal menu across the top of the homepage. I understand that I must have done something wrong, however I do not know exactly what. Please advise.
