I purchased a bundle but am being charged for domain

  Hello,

  I purchased the bundle, but when I go to register my domain meekinsphotography.com and fill out the form, I am charged AGAIN for the domain registry. I haven’t completed the transaction because I don’t want to be charged $26 on top of $99 I already paid.

  Am I missing something here? Thanks in advance.

  Hi there Meekins,

  You should see notification as you continue that your domain would normally cost $XX but it is free as part of your value bundle. Are you completing the process here: Dashboard > Store > Domains?

  On the last screen of the process (before you click to make it final), you should see a credit for the amount and the cost being charged as $0.00. Could you run through the process again and take a screenshot if you DON’T see this (and of course, not complete the transaction if that is the case)?

  I think it’s all fine now, perhaps the system hadn’t yet recognized that I had purchased the bundle? Anywho, thank you for your help zandyring :)

  It does take a little while to propagate – we’re always happy to double check for users, though!
