    I purchased a different domain name but a different name shows up on my account, can i get my domain name that Purchased?

    WP.com: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

    Hi,

    That domain was registered by a different account than the one you’re currently logged in to. So to be able to manage it, you need to log in to that other account of yours.

    This is the account I used to purchase the domain, I even got receipt on this email address so I don’t know if another other account.

    Can you please confirm what account that is because I have receipts here in this email so how can I have a receipt on this email and yet that domain is registered to different account ?

    And why does it say site coming soon?

    I’m afraid that’s not the case, as there are no purchases made on this account.

    We are unable to reveal purchaser information. What is the email address that received the receipt?

    This means the site is not yet launched.

    If this cannot be resolved can I get a refund back and you can keep the domain name because I can’t access the site as it says coming soon, I purchased the domain using this email (email visible only to moderators and staff) and that’s where I have the receipt even but you are saying it’s not when I try to log in with the other details it says coming soon. It’s frustrating on my part and yet I need it for a business if the site can’t be accessed why am I paying for it?
