  I emailed yesterday about my purchase that showed it was an error with payment but the payment was taken out of the bank account and I still have a ‘free’ account. I emailed help @wordpress with more response. Please refund my purchase or fix the problem or I will report this to the BBB

  Thank you! And I just noticed my initial post said more replies when it should gave read no replies!

  What is the turn around for wordpress to get back to me? because I still have not received a response from the email
