    I cannot access either the domain or plan… the program keeps wanting me to purchase and i already paid

    NEVER post sensitive information on a public forum as it give people the possibility to take over your site.
    You are logged in as spottehama4076bbf80c, that account is only 2 hour old. I also see you have another account spottehama which is 20 hours old. I bet you made those purchase with spottehama.
    So: log out from spottehama4076bbf80c and log in again as spottehama.

    As @staartmees indicated, you are logged into the wrong account. You purchased those upgrades using the username, spottehama, and you need to be logged in as that username to manage those upgrades.
