I purchased a premium account under a wrong/misspelled email address

I purchased a premium account under a wrong/misspelled email address. Supposedly the email is (email visible only to moderators and staff) but when I purchased it its under (email visible only to moderators and staff). I have no access to that email address because that email address is not existing. Can this be retrievable? Will I get a refund for that? Please I need help on this, its been almost 3 weeks.
