  I purchased a WordPress theme on Etsy and can’t find how to upload it.

  Hi, WordPress.com doesn’t allow you to upload third-party themes; instead we provide a collect of themes that you can select from, which is located at https://theinkroad.wordpress.com/wp-admin/themes.php

  The theme that you purchased on Etsy is intended for self-hosted WordPress.org sites, rather than WordPress.com. For more information on the differences between WordPress.org and WordPress.com, please check out http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
