I purchased Custom Design but its not working?

  I purchased the custom design upgrade for my blog adesignsaudio.wordpress.com and it shows up as an active purchase. Im not able to edit the CSS because the custom design page it tells me I have to purchase the Custom Design upgrade . Any help?

  Are you logged in under the same username account that purchased the custom deign upgarde for the blog in question?

  It was purchased by another designer I’m working with, but it worked fine under my name until just recently since Im an admin.

  Also if I go to purchase Custom Design myself, it tells me I already have it.

  I think you need to contact Staff. When we create a support ticket by contacting Staff it’s important to understand they have a backlog. They deal with the support tickets with the earliest dates first. So if we contact them more than once on the same issue the date moves forward and it takes longer to get help.
