Hello. My name is Casie and i purchased divi builder October 9. It is not showing. Up in my account and i would like to find it. WordPress is actually asking me to purchase again.

It’s possible to upgrade to the Business plan in order to use plugins on WordPress.com but we don’t sell third party plugins like Divi Page Builder.
The purchase isn’t listed on the Manage Purchases page because it was made elsewhere — I recommend searching for the receipt in your emails. That should tell you where the plugin can be downloaded from. Please don’t post any transaction IDs or card details on these forums.
If you are using plugins on a WordPress site without the Business plan, this means it was created with WordPress.org software instead:
