  Upload one of the themes I purchased. Word Press is stating they cannot support these themes AND the menu does not match Elegant Themes instructions. Who can I talk to or call to find out what to do. I’m in a vicious loop and my frustration level is headed off the charts. Please help!!

  I’m sorry but themes cannot be uploaded here at wordpress.com
  Only themes at http://themes.wordpress.com can be used.

  I would ask Elegant Themes for a refund.
