I purchased guided transfer and not getting any help

    Yesterday I purchased guided transfer of http://susanspersonalblog.com but have not heard anything by email or phone to give me some guidance. I have the site setup at GoDaddy as host for self-hosted WordPress.org blog. I need some help with this. It still shows that the blog is with your servers rather than GoDaddy. I need this set up now, please.

    The site you are asking about does not seem to be hosted through WordPress.COM. You will need to make contact with someone from WordPress.ORG. They will be able to help you with your issues.

    @toniaslimm Guided Transfer is an upgrade that WordPress.com users can purchase to receive Staff assistance in moving their WordPress.com site to a self-hosted site on a different webhost.     A charge went through for my guided transfer this morning, but I am not hosted by the two hosts you use. How can I cancel guided transfer and receive a refund of the $129?

    Also, I am still waiting for the name servers to be changed to GoDaddy and they have not been changed. I did everything I needed to do to give you “authorization to transfer” but it hasn’t happened yet. When can I expect this to happen? I am stuck in No Man’s Land here.
