  I purchased ‘guided transfer’. I didn’t get any results…what is next?!

  Do you have another account? I looked at the the account under the username: mojoenj and I could not find a Guided Transfer upgrade.

  No, I only have the one. I purchased a new host (blue host). My site is cubanamericaninparis.com. Have I done something wrong?

  Guided Transfer is an upgrade that we provide to help you with the move as seen here:

  http://en.support.wordpress.com/guided-transfer/

  If you made the move yourself, there is no need for this. It’s just an easy way so that you don’t have to transfer everything yourself. You will need hosting as you did with Bluehost, but there’s also the transfer of your WordPress.com blog to WordPress.org. If you have already done that, then no need to worry. If you would like help with that please view the link above.

  It looks like the upgrade was not purchased, but if you would like to please follow the instructions in the link above.
