WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours. It takes from 1 – 2 weeks or 7 – 10 business days for refunds to be received.Every WordPress.COM blog has a sole owner. It is the person with the WordPress.COM username account who registered the blog under that username account and a single associated email address, and who is the original Admin of the blogs registered under that username account.
You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard, cancel any upgrades, claim a refund for any qualified upgrades, and disable auto-renew.

You can manage all of your WordPress.com purchases by navigating to the Me section of WordPress.com and then choosing the option to Manage Purchases from the sidebar.
Select any purchase in order to view options for managing it. The options available will be different based on the upgrade you choose.

It looks like you’ve already cancelled the domain as well. I’ve refunded the cost of the domain as well. You should receive the full refund in about 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Thanks. One more thing. I need to change the DNS number and point to Bluehost. Can you do this? If not, how do I do it?

Cancelling a domain means you no longer own it, so you cannot use that domain any more or make any changes to its DNS.
If you still wanted to use the domain the better option would have been to keep it registered here and map it to Bluehost. Then you could have transferred it after you’ve owned it for 60 days.
As it is, the domain should become available again by the end of the week, then you can register it directly at Bluehost.
