  1. I purchased premium 299 package but still my website shows with wordpress extension.
  2. I can’t access premium themes.
  3. Plugin not available under appearance tool.

  hi,
  It is not very clear when you say “my website shows with wordpress extension.” Could you please rephrase this.

  Premium themes are available from your site’s Dashboard> Themes. You can also head over to the theme directory to browse the premium themes and apply one of them directly to your site from there.

  Plugin’s aren’t a part of the business plan. Are you talking about the Custom Design options?

  He means whatever.wordpress.com instead of
  whatever.com

  Thanks for the clarification. My bad I didn’t guess that.

  The domain http://efalabz.com/ seems to be up and running, but I guess the user purchased the business upgrade by mistake for “https://efalabzsmart.wordpress.com” instead of “https://efalabz.wordpress.com/”
