I purchased the Go Big Plan, by it’s asking me to purchase to set up an online store

  Why am I being asked to purchase a business plan for $300 a year when attempting to set up the online store?

  Where did you purchase the “Go Big Plan”? I don’t believe that’s anything WordPress.com offers.

  What’s the website URL you’re working with?

  I’m guessing you signed up with somebody like GoDaddy or Bluehost and now you’re looking at WordPress.com. The offerings of WordPress.com are different than everybody else. The two systems are very similar but are two separate things.

  I did notice you chatted with us yesterday while trying to make the purchase, but too am wondering if you might have actually bought “Go Big” somewhere else.
