Could you help me understand what you see on the dashboard? When you are on the dashboard, on the left sidebar, you can see the plan information. Here’s an example:

Is that the part where you see free as well?
If so, could you navigate to the purchases section and review your purchase history and active upgrades? Do you see anything there at all?
Is it also possible that you might be referring to a different WordPress.com account that you own?

Yes, my homepage shows that it is free, and there is no payment record in the billing history, but I did pay for the premium plan using Paypal.
and it is my account, I don’t know what happended.

Is https://interlinktechco.wordpress.com/ definitely the site you purchased a Premium plan for? What was the full URL of the custom domain you registered?

Looking at a Whois it seems you haven’t yet replied to the email asking you to verify the purchase of that domain.

I understand that you did not receive the verification email for your purchase of the Premium plan for the domain interlinktechco.com. When I review the domain and site interlinktechco.com, it’s tied to a different account with us, under a different email address than the one you are using here. So this is why you cannot see the purchase now.
I recommend checking your email inbox to find the receipt we sent for that purchase, which will indicate to you what account/email address to use to manage that site on WordPress.com.
