  I purchased theme under wrong account, what can I do?

  You can apply for refund and buy again for the correct account. :-)

  You should be able to transfer a premium theme yourself, as long as the sites have the same owner. Follow the instructions here:

  If the sites have different owners, do what chaitanyamsv mentioned above – issue yourself a refund and re-purchase the theme.
