I purchased this domain and cannot edit it

    Hi, I have purchased this domain but it is not linking to my account and I cannot edit it

    Hi there:

    I’m not showing that “beauftifulfertility.com” is a registered domain. Did you instead mean “beautifulfertility.com”?

    If so, that WordPress.com Premium plan and domain purchase was made under a different WordPress.com user account than the one you’re currently logged into. You would need to log out of @wlbarfield1 and into the correct account to manage the domain and apply it to your website.

    If you don’t remember what login you used, check any other email addresses for any receipts from WordPress.com. The email address for the account would be the one that those emails were sent to, then you can use this form to reset the password:

    https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword

    If you don’t have access to the email address used and you have the transaction IDs from charges on this account, you can use the Account Recovery form to prove ownership of the site, then WordPress.com support can help you from there. You can find that form here:

    Just fill out as much information as you have, including an email address where Support can get in touch. The transaction ID will be on your bank statement as WordPress followed by a ten-digit letter/number code. They’ll look like this:

    WordPress XXXXXXXXXX

    yes I am referring to beautifulfertility.com. I used my (email visible only to moderators and staff) account and it sent me a verification email. That is the only account I have, so I am not sure of the issue. I really need assistance to get it linked. I paid for this site and would love to start editing. Please let me know how to proceed. Thank you.
