  I purchased Video Press today so that I could add a video and a slideshow to my WordPress website: brendabeattiemusic.com When I tried to drag my movie, it doesn’t play and only shows the title. Is this because you don’t support .mov? How can I change it so that WordPress will accept it?

  Hi there, taking a look at the video you uploaded I’m not sure why it isn’t playing properly. We do support .mov files but the specific one you uploaded isn’t converting properly.

  Could you give me a few more details about how you created the file? What applications did you use to create it? That may point me to what’s causing the issues with VideoPress. Thanks!
