  If you bought that theme intending to use it here on WordPressdotcom, you will want to request a refund. Sites hosted here can use any of the 350+ free and paid themes found in the Theme Showcase https://wordpress.com/themes/ but cannot upload a 3rd party theme. https://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/

  You can use a 3rd party theme if you host your own install of the standalone WP software. Here’s more about the differences between WordPressdotcom (where we are) and the standalone WP software https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
