I want to do a complete overhaul of my page, but it won’t let me change my username, email, entire page…I can’t customize it how I want…it’s pissing me off. So I have deleted my previous blogs, I know account can’t be deleted, so now because I want to expand my horizons I am unable to…I have a lot to post for my new page but everything is intertwining with the old and I don’t want anything associated with old page…sucks you don’t allow accounts to be deleted. It would solve this headache

Assuming account deletion will solve anything is erroneous. You did not supply enough detailed information including relevant username accounts and the exact URLs of the blog you registered under them for us to help you. Please do that now.
This is all going to boil down to how many username accounts you have and exactly which one registered which blog. There is only one means of account recovery so please read on.
You must be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard.
