I reached 750 followers, but I didn't get a milestone notification for it?

  I didn’t get a milestone notification for 750 followers. I know it’s not important or anything, but I like the little pushes once in a while.

  Did you still continue to get the ‘new follower’ notifications?

  I think the milestone achievements go off at 500 then at 1000 (whether it be likes, followers, etc.)
