I Really Need Help

    Hi guys,
    I am a SEO technician and recently a wordpress website which was hacked which came on for SEO. They changed their website and built a new website with the company i work for. Once the new site and build went live, in Webmasters around 2000 new pages got indexed all variations of the products for example. bikes-1, bikes-2, bikes-3 etc. I was wondering if this is a known issue with moving a site away from wordpress that hundreds of urls for the same thing can be spotted because I really have no idea why it happened
