I Really Need Help. My Co-blogger is STILL an Administrator

  I don’t care what the User page says. He’s an administrator. He can do everything an administrator can do. Nothing we tried changed anything. I even tried removing him from the blog, then adding him back in. He was removed just fine, but when I added him back on, he had allllll the same privileges he had had when we started. He’s an administrator.

  I cannot reach Support by phone. And I need a solution to this, like yesterday.
