I really need help with a wordpress account I started in 2013

I’ve just sent a memoir book for publishing online and amazon will not carry it as long as any of it is available free online. well, some of the poems in my book are here on my other account https://serahmamanaquietknowing.wordpress.com/about/ and i cant sign in because it wont accept my password and i am not receiving any password-change link on my email. It is not recognizing my email. For the sake of getting a very important book published on amazon, i really need to be able to delete those poems from the wordpress site, or delete my site altogether. Please help me do this. I need this roadblock removed. There seems to be no way in for me! I tried a couple years ago also but couldn’t get in. Now its a matter of urgency because Amazon wont publish unless these particular pieces are not available on wordpress.
