I have two wordpress.com accounts and one wordpress.org account. I need to clean this up and make it all one account. The public forums aren’t at all helpful. I’d like to speak with someone on the phone.

Wordpress.com doesn’t have phone support. To merge your 2 wordpress.com accounts, https://en.support.wordpress.com/transferring-a-site-to-another-wordpress-com-account/.
You can’t merge your wordpress.org account with wordpress.com as they are 2 completely different systems. -

While, as @staartmees mentioned, you won’t be able to merge the WordPress.org account with your WordPress.com, you connect those using Jetpack plugin on your self-hosted site.

I have a website and registered domain name “creatingacriminal.com” using a WordPress format. What I am possibly looking for is something much the same as that where I can comment and it also invites other people to comment. I also want my new registered domain name to be used in this new site the very same as creatingacriminal.com is in that site. The new registered domain name is “dirtbagsinlaw.com”. Can you set this new domain name dirtbagsinlaw.com up much the same as my previous site?
