  I received a renewal notice that my site estudiosdegenero.com to expire on June 3rd. I want to pay but I can not access my site, I forgot the pass word, please help me. THIS IS THE THIRD TIME I AM ASKING HELP HERE AND NOTHING YET

  Hi there,

  The account you’re using to post here does not own any upgrades on WordPress.com, and is not even a user on the site connected to that domain.

  To renew that domain you will need to be logged in as the username, corporacionannefrank, as only the owner of a domain can renew it.

  We can only provide more help with this if that user, or the user who owns the site, estudiosgenero, contact us for help.
