  This is a copy of the email I received by spam but am still wondering what they are talking about?

  Spammers pretty much always try to sell you something, so they use different tactics like scaring you, or making you curious, so that you would visit their links and maybe buy something. Discussing the contents of a spam email would not be productive – best to delete and ignore them.
