I received an email from WordPress that my premium plan will auto renew,

  I don’t want the renewal, but can’t access the site. I think it’s because I switched to self hosting, it says I don’t have any WordPress.com sites. So how can I cancel a service on a non existent site?!

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  Your username melly7127 isn’t linked to any sites — this site and its upgrades are owned by a different WordPress.com user. If you have the login details for that other account, you can log in and manage its upgrades from your My Upgrades page in that account.

  You can also reply directly to that renewal email for help with those upgrades, or you can follow the steps in our Account Recovery guide for more help regaining access to the account that owns the site and its upgrades. That way we can help you manage and cancel those upgrades.
