    I received this error message from you: ‘Your subscription could not be activated. It may have expired, or the email address you subscribed with is not attached to your WordPress.com account.’ I was subscribing to Blog Name: thegnosticdread.com
    Blog URL: https://thegnosticdread.com. I received your email with the error message yesterday. Thanks for your suggestions!

    Hi @laurencegalian, that site is not hosted here on our servers, but if the email came from us they may be using our subscription service.

    Did you try to subscribe with the address that’s listed here?
    https://wordpress.com/me/account

    If not, and if you don’t want to use that address, could you try visiting the site in an incognito window, then subscribing with the other address? You’ll need to confirm from that window as well. Alternatively, you could log out of this account.

    If you need more help, could you send the address you’re having trouble with? If you’ll type it here it will be hidden from public view so only staff can see it. And we can use that to look for more information.
