I received this message from a reader and would like to know if you can rectify the situation or explain to me how to rectify the problem. “That “pop-up” that appears in the lower right-had corner of your blog is really annoying. I can’t eliminate it to get to the icon for scrolling down & reading your blog. It prevents readers from reading your blog.”

Hi there,
“That “pop-up” that appears in the lower right-had corner of your blog is really annoying.
That’s the follow blog button for those who do not have WordPress.com accounts see here >

Hi there,
Your user has a few options – they can use a different method to scroll (hitting the space bar, or manually moving the scroller in the scrollbar, for example) or they can sign up to follow your blog. The follow tab doesn’t inhibit browsing of your blog (I was just able to scroll around quite easily), but perhaps you could get a screenshot from the user to see what their set-up is like? They may need to make some adjustments to their browser to enhance their viewing experience!
